Remove Your Fear of Approaching Women NOW

Approach anxiety is nothing more than primitive biochemistry misfiring in the modern world.

Back when our ancestors lived in small tribes of thirty people, taking a social risk and getting rejected could ruin your reputation and end in a literal death sentence.

Your brain still processes talking to an attractive woman with the exact same life-and-death urgency as going to war, but that fear is completely irrational.

The long-term cure for this anxiety is pure desensitization. You stack enough reps until your nervous system realizes that nobody died and nothing bad happened.

At some point, positive reference experiences replace the dread, shifting your state from approach anxiety to approach optimism.

But to get those reps in the first place, you have to fix your definition of a win. If your only criteria for a successful approach is taking a woman home, you are guaranteeing yourself infinite failure as a beginner.

When I started out, I was so terrified of escalating, it was physically impossible for me to sleep with a woman. If every nonsexual interaction was a failure, I would have quit immediately.

Instead, look at your progress relative to your past self. If last week you were physically unable to approach a woman and this week you held a pleasant two-minute conversation, that is a massive victory.

Do not give a stranger the power to dictate your self-esteem. Simply taking action and executing the approach is the win, irrespective of her response.

In the short term, you can hack your state by building social momentum. Implement an “approach all” strategy where you talk to bouncers, bartenders, and people you have zero sexual interest in.

When you eliminate the pressure of an outcome, your brain relaxes. You will often find yourself deep in a great conversation with a beautiful girl before you even realize you had time to get nervous.

You can even simulate confidence by forcing yourself to smirk, smile, or wink in a mirror before you head out. Smiling doesn’t just happen when you’re happy; forcing the physical action actively signals your brain to become more confident and relaxed.

Eventually, you will learn to reframe that nervous chemical spike as pure excitement.

In fact, once you reach the elite level, you might actually miss the adrenaline rush of that initial fear.

But you’ll be amply compensated by the abundance of incredible women and relationships in your new reality.

Stop treating a simple introduction like a death sentence, adjust your baseline for success, and get your feet moving.
