Most guys try to build attraction via haphazard attempts at being “nice,” “interesting,” or “funny.”
The reality is, you need a framework that creates the visceral, emotional pull that makes a woman want to invest, follow, and pursue.
Attraction isn’t something you stumble into. It’s something you engineer—step by step—with clarity and intent.
There’s a simple 4-step framework I use to build attraction consistently: Focus, Relevance, Emotion, Decision—aka FRED.
First, you need her full attention.
If she’s not focused on you, game is dead on arrival.
From there, you create relevance by speaking to things she finds meaningful—social value, emotional stakes, future possibilities.
Once you’ve got her engaged, you hit her with emotion: playful tension, spikes, polarity.
That’s how you set the hook.
Then, when the moment peaks, you ask for a decision—not necessarily to go home with you, but to invest, move, or commit in some way that pushes the interaction forward.
Where most guys lose is by playing it too safe.
They create a spark but never stoke it.
They flirt but never polarize.
They hope but never lead.
Attraction should feel real. Tangible. Spoken into existence.
If she says, “I knew I liked you when . . .”—you’ve already won.
You’ve taken a vibe and turned it into a commitment.
Don’t aim to be liked. Aim to be unforgettable. Build attraction intentionally.
