Most guys fear running out of things to say when talking to a woman—but that fear is totally avoidable.
The solution? Prepare in advance.
I explain how to do it here:
Before I ever gave a speech in front of a crowd, I was terrified I’d finish too early and have nothing left to say.
So I overprepared—I had five hours of content ready for a three-hour speech. That preparation gave me confidence and direction. The same principle applies to game.
Instead of relying on the moment to carry the conversation, know in advance what you want to talk about. Make a list:
- What topics make you look cool or high value?
- What questions would you like to ask her?
- What qualities do you want to screen for in a girl?
When a conversation stalls, you don’t panic—just reach into your mental toolbox and pivot.
For example, if travel is a topic that shows you in a high-value light, ask her something simple:
“Can I ask you a random question that’s kind of important to me—do you travel much?”
Chances are, she’ll ask you the same.
Now you’re talking about your pilot job, your adventures, or whatever paints you as worldly and desirable. But this didn’t happen by accident—it was planned.
And when a conversation is going well but she’s not yet invested—she’s laughing, answering questions, but not continuing the thread—you still need to lead.
Think of it like nurturing a baby until it can survive on its own.
Once she starts filling silences, asking questions, and carrying the vibe forward, then it’s time to pull back or transition.
Preparation gives you power. Stop winging it.
