A lot of guys obsess over personal insecurites—whether it’s their age, their looks, or even the fact that they’re actively approaching women.
But here’s the truth: what you think is a big deal often isn’t.
Take age, for example. Some guys think being older puts them at a disadvantage.
But just the other night, I met a 21-year-old woman who thought my age—42—was hot.
Does this mean all women will think that?
Of course not.
But the key takeaway here is that some will, some won’t, and most won’t care.
Instead of worrying about what could happen, understand that your age, like everything else about you, is just a trait—it’s neutral. If you believe in yourself, you’ll project confidence, and that’s what attracts people.
The same goes for approaching women.
Many guys hesitate because they fear rejection or “getting caught” trying to game.
But think about it this way: if a woman dropped her wallet, you wouldn’t be afraid to stop her and help. You’d naturally be assertive, certain that what you’re doing is valuable.
So why not approach with the same confidence? You bring far more to a woman’s life than just returning a lost wallet—so act like it.
Lastly, own your interactions.
If you’re speaking to a woman and another guy enters the picture, don’t immediately back off.
If you act like you belong there, you won’t get “caught”—because there’s nothing to hide. Be proud of what you bring to the table.
At the end of the day, confidence wins.
Own who you are, take action, and stop letting self-doubt hold you back.
