One of the most effective ways to improve your interactions with women is to ask yourself: “Would I do or say this if I were with a good friend or a girl I already know is into me?”
When you know someone likes you, you’re naturally relaxed, fun, and self-assured.
That’s the energy you want to bring to all interactions—treat every woman like you would a friend you genuinely enjoy but aren’t trying to impress.
This attitude shifts your focus from trying to “perform” to simply being yourself.
A big part of this approach is self-acceptance.
If you’re congruent with what you’re saying, even simple or straightforward lines can be charming.
Instead of overthinking each text or interaction, try narrating your thoughts from a high-value perspective.
For example, if you’re nervous, it’s okay to say, “Hey, I wasn’t sure what to say, but I thought I’d come over and introduce myself.”
When delivered with authenticity, even “imperfect” lines show confidence.
If you’re trying too hard to say the “perfect” line without real confidence, it can backfire.
Over-rehearsed or overly clever lines, when said without congruence, often come across as insincere.
This is why technique should always follow a solid foundation of authenticity.
Without this foundation, even well-thought-out lines can feel awkward or forced.
Once you have a grounded, high-value frame, you can layer in playful or flirty techniques to improve interactions.
But remember, techniques alone don’t work if they aren’t backed by genuine confidence and self-acceptance.
Start with authenticity, then add technique to it, and you’ll find your interactions are more enjoyable, authentic, and effective.
