Refund and Call Policy
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the program, you have 14 days after your first 1-on-1 call with your personal coach to request a full refund from your personal liaison. Beyond 14 days, you’re no longer eligible for a refund but can request to transfer to another coach if you’d like. All of your call credits are valid for 180 days after the program was purchased. This means that there are also no refunds beyond 180 days from the purchase date. If you have extenuating circumstances, we can extend this period up to 270 total days.
